走过花季》通过白雪、非儿、小乐、欧阳、袁野等在步入社会后，价值观、爱情观在他们的人生道路上所发生的撞击，讲述一部延续《十六岁的花季》的风格、有浓烈的青春气息和现代色彩的青春剧。《十六岁的花季》反映了我国改革开放十年时期的社会生活，《走过花季》则反映了其后十三年的当代生活。当年那些少男少女们，如今都已经长大成人。白雪成了电视台记者，欧阳在读经济系研究生，陈非儿当了中学教师，韩小乐拿起了照相机。走过花季的他们少了些幼稚，却又多了些烦恼。
